Coencide uses real-time location data to connect users. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location for matchmaking and content display purposes. You can disable location permissions in your device settings, although this may limit functionality.
All content, branding, and features within Banter are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or if we believe your behavior may harm the community or our platform.
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free access or any specific results from using Coencide.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, interactions with other users, or reliance on content.
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you within the App or via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state your reside in, without regard to conflict of law principles.
